"The most upsetting thing was that they did not have record of our order for two accessible rooms. Tried to put us in regular rooms on second floor, which was a problem for me when it came to showering and safety in an evacuation.Blamed 3rd.party scheduling (Expedia?) for mistake and said accessible rooms are more expensive than what we paid!! Finally found an accessible room for me & hubby, next to gamroom/casino, which was thankfully NOT lively, as we shared a wall with it! Hot food was the same every day and bland tasting. Thankfully there were hard boiled eggs. White bread, limited pastries, but you could make waffles and oatmeal. Staff very, very nice. Room was clean and adequate."
