"The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. They accommodated my dad d/t not being able to do many steps to another beautiful room on parking lot level. The only downside was that we had to take breakfast back to our room d/t no seating in the area. We did have a kitchen in our room tho which was fine and a table to sit at. The staff were great! The area is beautiful! Definitely will be back next year!"

"The Mead had long been the gold standard hotel in Wisconsin Rapids. It appears that many improvements are being made since we stayed in July. Newly painted rooms, lighted mirrors and improvements to the outside of the property. Weeds and landscaping becoming a priority. We love the Mead in and long to see it get by live and attention it deserves."
