"We stayed at the hotel because I had a surgery early in the morning. The price was right (VERY affordable) and the reviews were good. It's definitely 100% no frills, but it was clean, quiet, and did the job. I had to chuckle, though -- there was not ONE piece of art on any of the walls in the hotel, so it felt a little less homey than your typical hotel. The blankets were very thin, so bring your own cozy blanky if you like a thicker layer of blankets on top of you. Oh, one more thing -- they don't provide conditioner and the water is extremely hard, so it was nearly impossible to get the shampoo to lather up, but....again.... All I needed was a safe and quiet place to sleep before surgery, so it did the job at a great price. My husband said the breakfast was fine / normal for hotel breakfast."

"Room was clean and tidy. Heater and fridge rattled through the night. Bed was moderately comfortable. Front desk staff was less than enthusiastic about helping with check in or requests. Good place to spend a night with no frills. "

"This hotel needs rehab. The bathrooms need to be redone. New furniture would help al9ng with some art work on the walls. TV had no signal. "

"Unfortunately I would not recommend. Upon arrival, the light in our bathroom (toulet/shower) was not functioning...it was a strobe light. I immediately went to front desk to ask for someone to look at it while we went ot our event. Upon return over 4 hours later, the light still was flickering. I went to front desk and said it was still bad and showed a video I took. A staff oerson came to my room and worked on it for about 15 minutes and said it would need major work. I said please come again in am while we were at our event...I do not thi k it was ever looked at again. We were given a desk lamp to use in bathroom which was very inconvenient. Also...Our room keys topped working TWICE! So frustrating having to go back to lobby to get into our room. Lastly, we were on first floor and it was LOUD! The walls seemed paper thin...we could hear every conversation in room next door and in hallway."

"Staff were very friendly. Not a fan of the amount of dogs at the property. Dog poop all over outside the patio along with vomit right in front of our patio door. Rooms were nicely redone minus the dog hair all over the couch. Smelled like weed in the hallway. Weed vaping by adults while in a kid filled outdoor hot tub. Not a fan. Likely won’t be back. "
