"The water in the waterpark area was terribly cold. The air in the area was also not very warm. The majority of the halls smelled like stinky loud pot. I do not think they even tried to get the people to discontinue! It was rampant in numerous areas and definitely not just one customer room! It smelled terrible!"

"There were some cleanliness and service issues during my stay that were quite disappointing. The bathroom floor had some pubic hair, which was unpleasant. I also expected to have a queen bed, but only double beds were available, so I had to find another hotel for my family because the beds were too small, and the room had a strong, unpleasant smell. Additionally, the sink was cracked. The staff member at the front desk seemed distracted and somewhat dismissive; she was on her phone and attended...

"Be sure to call ahead of time instead of driving 4 hours and getting to the hotel only for them to say they overbooked and do not have a 2 bedroom suite for you. My elderly, sick father, 5 year old son, and husband had to cram into a 1 queen bed room. The lack of empathy towards a really unfortunate mistake on their part was incredibly frustrating and made for a horrible night of zero sleep for everyone. We will not be returning to this property ever."
