"From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in. The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. I highly recommend this...

"Close to airport"

"The property was nothing like pictures. It was dirty and disgusting. The first room they placed us in wasn’t even clean. Honestly, for the price it’s terrible and the price isn’t even expensive. I do not recommend."

"We liked everything inside the hotel. The room was smaller than typical hotel rooms but this made it easier to keep at the perfect temperature and darkness level. Bed was great. Exercise area was a pleasant surprise. Can do an entire cardio and strength workout easily. Breakfast was super with healthy options available."

"Lovely property. It’s very large and attached to a water park. When booking we requested a quiet room. As a result, our room was at the very back of the hotel on the 2nd floor, distant from the front desk and restaurant. Given the layout of the hotel, it made unloading/loading our luggage tricky as we needed to use one of the two elevators to ferry our luggage on a luggage cart. No complaints otherwise."

"The fact that the rooms that look out on to the indoor pool smell like chlorine because the AC brings in air from the pool area makes the room smell awful. No available rooms not facing the pool. Certainly not the best setup for fresh air into ones room"

"Newly renovated rooms with mattresses so new, they still have the plastic on them!! Go here, and go here QUICK. EVERYTHING is clean, it shares a parking lot with Culver’s, and the rooms are big enough to host all your relatives in! My top praise is for Karen the 80 year old breakfast attendant! She is an 18 year employee and whips up simply the best meals with a lovely smile and is so kind I want her to join me at every breakfast! THANK YOU COMFORT INN"
