"Enjoyed our stay! Room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable. We had an event at the Pabst theater and we were able to get there without leaving the building. Many restaurants around either walking distance or short Uber ride away. Would definitely stay again."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Pfister Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the accommodations were comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. I also had the opportunity to dine at the steakhouse, which was a great experience — the food and atmosphere were both outstanding. One of the highlights of the stay was the pool, which really stood out as a very nice amenity and added to the overall enjoyment of the weekend. I appreciated the hospitality and would gladly return for another stay."

"Everything was really clean. The staff was friendly when we pulled up. It smelled strongly of marijuana, this seems to be a common theme nowadays and I understand marijuana is legal in some states but I really wish fine. Establishments would keep that away from their entrances exits, etc. also, I was disappointed that the valet service was not connected to the hotel so I had to give my credit card information to a second party in order to park my car when I went to check in they don't have tap...

"The hotel is in a great location. Cute atmosphere and has a bar for a nightcap before heading to bed. The front desk helped assure that I had a room waiting after I cancelled and re-scheduled rooms. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and we were assisted with getting room keys by cleaning staff and bar keepers. Very nice cozy place."

"I decided on a whim to stay at this hotel instead of closer to my venue. After my stay, I wish I could’ve stayed multiple nights. The room was absolutely gorgeous. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in as nice as clean or as fancy of a hotel as this room was if I could give it 10 stars, I would definitely five the staff was friendly. The place was extremely clean. The elevators were even friendly as they had a very soothing voice and took me right to the level I needed to just by scanning my badge....

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...
