"Front desk staff nice but I was told hotel gave me $20 credit for EACH of our 2 nites, for use on sundries, etc. He said must use separately each day. Now only 1 of 2 vouchers credited. Phoned hotel, no help except email suggestion. No response from hotel on my emails yet."

"The rooms were decently clean. The pillows and covers were pretty soft. The hallways though, on every floor were dirty and not maintained at all. I did not feel safe walking through the hallways either. No sign of staff."

"Avoid this place at all costs. I've stayed at several La Quinta hotels throughout my many years of travel and this one was in terrible shape. Well, past its prime, gouges in the walls, stains and water damage around the shower, the bed headboard had greasy handprints that were never cleaned, and no blanket or comforter to speak of... just a sheet! When I showed photos to the person at the front desk and conveyed my sub-par conditions. I was told someone would get back to me. I inquired again,...

"Our room was awful because the bathtub was always clogged when we tried to shower and the dresser was already broken and wouldn’t close correctly and the thermostat was broken we couldn’t open it to adjust the temperature at all. We asked for a different room but staff said there were no other rooms even though I believe she just didn’t want to do the paperwork to switch us to a different room. The breakfast was just granola bars and coffee and water and what is the point of doing online early...

"Bed were hard as rocks. The shower didn't work. The desk almost collapsed while my son was eating. The window fell out and damn near hit my son in the head. When I told the front desk they just looked at me like I was insane"

"Clarion Pointe was an excellent choice. A stone’s throw from MKE airport, it was super clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was more than adequate. I only wished I had known about their airport shuttle!"
