"The "Fitness" room is not a gym- it's 3 treadmills and 2 bikes. No weights, no Lifefitness equipment. Just a small room with lots of mirrors and the 5 pieces. The room was spacious, and it was quiet, but the vent in my bathroom did not work, so the steam billowed out into the room along with any smells. A pole had broken off the drapes and was just left on the ventilation grate. The additives and sundries package that was left next to the Kurig was opened. The sheet had a 2" tear in it. ...

"Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest."

"Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size."

"Stayed one night in Milwaukee for Summerfest and chose this hotel for proximity. It was a great choice for location and amenities. Beautiful historic building with an amazing staircase and atrium. Had a corner room which was spacious with a high ceiling. Two blocks from Historic Third Ward which is loaded with restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Summerfest. The front desk staff was top notch with info and assistance. This was the prefect hotel."

"We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned."

"部屋の広さは充分で、清掃もきちんとされていて良かった。2泊したが滞在中の部屋の掃除やタオルの交換はされなかった。 朝食は毎日少しずつ違うメニューが並ぶようで飽きない工夫がされていたし、ロビーにはお水やコーヒーがいつでも飲める環境が整っていたところも良かった。 ホテルに隣接しているレストランはテイクアウトもできたので、部屋で食べることもできたしおいしかった。 シャワーの水圧が弱めなところは少し残念だった。"
