"This hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff is wonderful, working hard to please and help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, quiet and artistically decorated. The bar is great. Art is, as the hotel name implies, everywhere. I loved the ambiance!"

The only downside is the parking. It is in a garage that is not attached and crossing the alley late at night as a single woman would have been creepy. Otherwise all was good."

"The Plaza is a walk up hotel-no elevator, when we arrived, 6 of us for the weekend, the luggage cart was full! We had at least 3 of the young employees ask if they could help carry our things to our room, they were wonderful, very polite and friendly! We love the Plaza, it’s a beautiful old building with beautiful fixtures. One of the best parts is the full kitchen!"
"We had ANOTHER excellent experience, staying at this property! The staff was kind and attentive. We had a problem with the shower drain; and the maintenance staff came by 2x's (evening when reported and the next morning) to fix and check on it. We look forward to staying here, again, next year!"
