The ambience said, “high-end and snooty”, but the staff were down to earth and accommodating. My friends and I had a tight schedule of activities outside of the hotel. Therefore, we feel like we missed some of the activities happening in the hotel. We want to plan another trip so that we can enjoy the inside of the beautiful hotel."

"Clean room, staff was great, but the jacuzzi tub in room was very dirty. We cleaned it out 3 times and hair and black sut kept coming out of the jets. Although there is gated parking, you have to walk half a block to get back to the hotel. Lots of trash in parking area."

"My son was with me, so for ppl under 21 they'll get you a escort from security to walk through the casino back to the hotel lobby. Great food, room service was fast and staff was superb. This hotel valet is free unless is full then its free parking the the garage. "
