"It was a good weekend but the smoke in the casino area was a bit much"

"Extremely noisy air conditioning unit. Kept me awake it was so loud. Kids jumping around in room above from 8 PM to midnight and again starting at 4AM. Extremely pungent nasty smell in hallway of third floor."

"This is my second time at this hotel I had an amazing time. I booked a suite and I loved it. I really enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi, also the sauna. The food was amazing for breakfast. Also, I love their burger. Definitely will go again I really enjoyed going to the gazebo outside. Love this hotel."

"I would not recommend staying here the staff has terrible customer service skills and property is infested with roaches. I would recommend just spending a extra 10 dollars a night and go to woodspring suites or something also the eggs were moldy that they were serving"

Cons: - Both shampoo bottles were sticky. - This was the only stop during our cross country drive where we felt like one of us needed to watch the half packed car while preparing to check out (after seeing someone wandering around)."

"Let's start with the positives, the hotel is in a convenient location to Mohegan sun, and the room was spacious, after that there not much positive to say. Yes the room was clean, but the shower head being held in by caulk, the stains on the ceiling, the iron board being broken, the TV not working, are just some of the disappointing things about the hotel. They have a coffee/ bar area, but the 3 times i.went down no one able to help me, and before you ask, yes I went down at times that I was...

"Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and they always helped us get extra towels or toilet paper or whatever we needed. The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed our time outside!!"
