"False advertising! They heavily promoted inflatables on the lake and free use of kayaks/watercraft, neither existed although it was June and 86 degrees. Front desk had no explanation, my emails to the company received no response. Yet they charged a daily 'resort fee'. Room and grounds were gross. On entering the room, there was an intense chemical smell, the floor was oily and sticky. Running a towel on the floor resulted in a thick brown residue. Running the taps produced a mold...

"The hotel smelled like cigarettes and was extremely warm anywhere other than the actual room. We also had to request toilet paper. The staff was friendly but overall it was an underwhelming experience"

"We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service"

"The Best! The dogs and I loved it! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I had a problem with my Expedia reservation, and the check in staff solved it graciously. It was late at night, and I was able to get into a great room and get the rest I needed. I had two dogs with me and the everyone was friendly towards them, and they also had a chance to play and rest. Great room, great breakfast, great staff. If you are in the Wisconsin Dells area, I highly recommend this hotel."
