"Rooms were clean but in the double queen rooms, bed was more like a full so plan accordingly. Also, hotel overbooked rooms and gave us a key to a room where someone was already staying. This was embarrassing. Hotel staff was overwhelmed with just two customers in line which rushed them through an apology and getting another room. The service desk person did go to the room to ensure the same thing didn't happen but too little too late for the gentleman we barged in on. Definitely turned us off from staying there again."

The staff was not even concerned. So we took for granite. This was a regular thing. Very nice location just not happy about the smell of the place."
