My room was clean enough for the one night we stayed, my friends was so disgusting it wasn’t reasonable to ask her to stay there, so she left. Its been 3 weeks now that weve been fighting with this hotel and corporate to get a refund for an unused, deplorable room. On top of that, the elevator is bound to break at any second and breakfast quite literally gave my husband and i food poisoning. I will NEVER stay in a best western again after this experience."
