"This hotel was perfect for a weekend stay with my sister. The room is small, as expected in NYC, but we were only there to sleep and the location is FABULOUS! Also, the staff is super friendly and held our bags for us on the last day after we checked out. Very clean and modern. Not stuffy and outdated like other hotels. Would absolutely stay again."

"I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"
