"This place is pretty good. The staff and housekeepers are wonderful! One shortcoming is that there is no real desk in the room - one has to either use a small shelf by the light or a small, short table instead. Unfortunately, the breakfast area tables are locked away most of the time, so one can’t use those for writing, engraving graffiti, etc. The area is a somewhat desolate light industrial zone, but Lac Achard (and its mosquitoes!) is nearby. "This is a very good hotel - but there is one significant issue and that is the lack of transparency about the pool only being able to be used by nudists. We arrived at the hotel and it was 39 degrees - don’t worry I said to my wife we have a hotel with an outdoor pool. We were told at reception it was 10 Euro to access the spa and pool and the.n that we would have to do so without fabric - a German tradition we were told. "Das Zimmer war zwar klein, vor allem das Bad, aber trotzdem komfortabel und sauber. Was wirklich nachteilig war, der Rummelplatz in der Nähe, den man polternd zu hören bekam. Das hatte allerdings um ca. 22 Uhr ein Ende."

"Such a great hotel. Comfortable, lovely staff, great bed, walkable location and good breakfast. The restaurant only serves food during the week so if you’re feeling like dining in on the weekend, apart from breakfast this isn’t possible. Would happily stay again."
