"We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. "

"It was pretty quiet, not to many people staying but that was fine. I didn’t visit the pool area so I can’t speak for it but it was open and looked ok. My only complaint is the breakfast. There weren’t that many options. Most things were carbs (bread/bagels/cereal/pancakes). Juice options were great. But no eggs or meat. The bed was comfortable and the tv and amenities in the room all worked. Over all 3-4 stars. There was only one person on staff that I saw my entire stay. "

"Average lodge in Jackson. Lot was clear of snow and ice. Minimal interaction with staff. Easy check in/out. Room was poorly cleaned prior to arrival (left over hair in shower, ?dirt stains on comforter). Hot water heater is set very high, be careful, especially with children, it could easily burn you. "

"Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. A big plus was the breakfast and coffee in the morning. "

"The pool and hot tub as well as the skiing, ice skating and shopping were the draw to the area. The hotel had plenty of parking and was in close vicinity to restaurants. "

"I’ve been here numerous times over the past few years and have always loved everything about it. However, on this trip, I discovered that we had access to the amenities at their two sister properties, including an indoor pool and two outdoor pools. The other hotels are the Christmas farm inn and Whitney inn at the base of black mountain ski resort. We’ve eaten at both hotels too and we heartily recommend them. We also took the mixology class with James, which was a real treat. Thank you...

"Went during snow storm was plowed out the next morning. Would have been helpful to have a snow shovel on hand in the cabin to clear the stairs and walkway "

"the hotel staff were amazing, the pool is beautiful, ice machine and laundry were in the same spot which was awesome the only thing is the lobby closed at 11 which was weird ive never seen that so no access to the machine with water or silverware or napkins from 11pm-6am"
