The hotel's desk inside Terminal 1 tells you where to wait for the shuttle, so there's no confusion. It was wonderful how they have staff ready to unload luggage from the shuttle once you get to the hotel. I got an upgrade when checking in. The room was spacious and very clean, and they provided courtesy drinking water in the room. "

They now also offer a shuttle to Disneyland for an extra charge, which is especially helpful if you’re traveling with kids.
