"Didn’t receive the suite that was advertised. Complained and they moved us the next day to the right suite. Asked if we should book for rooftop outside seats in bar. They said no. When we went up we received indoor corner awful seats. Left and went to another place to eat and drink. Disappointed as the 4 day trip for a birthday/ football game. The cost for 4 nights $5,500. Not worth the money. Will never rtn."

"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked two rooms, but from the moment we arrived there were constant issues: one room was missing the advertised sofa bed, there was no complimentary water despite being told it would be provided, no slippers, an empty shower gel dispenser, a broken bedside lamp, a wardrobe door that wouldn’t close properly, and one of the showers wasn’t working. When I reported the shower, I was told nobody was available to fix it...

"It was our 3rd time staying here and we continue to like it a lot. Very conveniently located hotel. Rooms are decent size for NYC. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff does an amazing job of making sure all items are well stocked and guest tables cleaned and made available quickly. Hats off to them!
