"Staff were very nice and areas round the hotel were kept well maintained and neat. Our room was very clean and spacious, however, the bed was not comfortable. Another disappointment was the age of the universal equipment in the gym. Other than those two items the stay was pleasant and would still consider staying our next visit to Kings Bay."

"Roaches in the room and they refused to give me a refund. I was barely in the room for an hour when I was taking a shower and saw a roach on the shower curtain and a roach on the box spring of the bed my kids were sleeping on. Went to the front desk and the girl only offered me another room and couldn’t do anything else for me. "I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I learned hotel was being renovated. Noise galore, saws, hammering etc. All amenities were closed ie: pool, fitnes...everything. Contacted Expedia and they did nothing to help. Hotel said if I booked direct, they would discount the rate. Expedia told me no discounts. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!"

The lady at the front desk was very understanding and refunded us but not a good experience and definitely won’t be staying again"
