"Had a horrible night where I did not feel safe. One incident in the parking lot where they arrested someone and a different incident with rowdy hotel guests that were so loud I got up and told them yo be quiet. After an hour I had to call front desk and complain. The comment I got was welcome to Thursday at the Belmont."

"The room had a bunch of bigs crawling all on floor and desk. I went back to desk and asked the man if he had a different room upstairs. He took the room key amd said he was sold out. I asked for receipt that I would be refunded amd he said the 3rd party I paid will refund and he wouldnt fight it. Well, he didnt answer the phone to tell I turned the key in and didnt stay for my refund...bad experience."

"Check-in staff was difficult to understand. I had pre- booked and paid on Expedia, so check-in should have been quicker. TV remote in room didn't work very well, possibly low battery. Otherwise, room was clean and up to date. One quirk, was a small gift bag marked "Tips" on the dresser."

"This was a clean place to sleep, shower and unwind. Front desk attendant was very helpful even as we checked in late, our wonderful bartender (Sam) and the local company gave the bar a welcoming feel, and the coffee from the cafe tasted great in the morning. Town had some late evening food options and waking to a quiet parking lot and town was the best way to start the day. I also hear the cheesecake is amazing in the cafe, but didn't have the opportunity to grab a slice (sold out) so I'll have to get there earlier next time I'm in town! Thank you to all the employees and folks that I met for a wonderful visit!"

"Breakfast was great staff were great lobby was nice rooms were dated taped carpet in hallways and room no updated fixtures to support USB /USB2 charging second time here in last few months same for all floors but location is very good "

"The breakfast was sausage, frozen waffles, bread, cereal and oatmeal packets. But it's very close to Crackel Barrel."
