"The room itself was ok except for the nonstop pounding noises coming from above me. They were renovating the room above me so I got to listen to that every single day. And...I complained nicely about it twice and absolutely nothing was done. The whole place smelled like marijuana! People were literally just sitting outside smoking it out in the open. So if you're into that then this is the motel for you. "

"Our room was not ready by late evening when we arrived. And there was nothing the attendant could do about it. So we had to scramble and secure another reservation elsewhere before midnight. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all. "

"This was a scary hotel. Lobby was dirty. The hallway had dog poop in it. The door to the outside didn’t secure properly. The furnace was falling apart. The bed was disgustingly gross. The jacuzzi was so old and gross. We only stayed here for 1 hour. We were scared to any longer. We had our little granddaughter with us. We did not feel safe at all. I want my full refund and I don’t know how to get it back. The office said I had to go through Expedia. I had anxiety so bad. We went and got a room...

"Front desk had great customer service!"

"My mom passed away recently, so me and my sister decided to ditch town for a few days. We came to Fort Wayne, because there are things to do and it wasn’t far from home. We booked the hotel late, and arrived about 11:00am. They were great from the start, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. Whatever we needed the made it happen, and we came with 4 kids. Thankful they were so good to us. "

"Stains on every piece of linen, carpet, and the chair. The pillows looked and felt like they're stuffed with a few rags. Found a different hotel for my second night. "

"Front desk staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. What I really liked was having a room on the first floor without asking. Can't remember the last time I didn't have to take the stairs or elevator. "

"Been here a few times going to the area to visit my daughter who still lives there after I moved for work. It serves the purpose for a decent deal and close to the freeway. Breakfast is good (not great but hot and edible) sauna has always been out of service, gym equipment not exactly usable including water jug was empty and no cups, pool room is indoors but always has an issue with heating the room and the pool. It was freezing to even sit in the room this past weekend and it was close to...
