1. The Room HVAC was cooling only, no Heat. I need a warm room to sleep. Exhaustion took me as I had the A/C off.

"Poorly appointed and poorly laid out lobby, boring bar. The espresso maker was broken, and had been broken for a while according to the staff. And the milk for the coffee could not be warmed for unintelligible reasons.Seems that Management is not very good at making this into a good experience."
