"Alexis checked us in at the front desk. She was so charming and helpful. Her warm personality made us comfortable and relaxed. You are blessed to have an employee who is so personable. Marcus who took our car in the valet was also helpful and kind. He was very caring and made sure that we were comfortable and secure. My sister and I had a wonderful time. I will be using your hotel again."

"The quality is consistently good, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and the view is fantastic, but they've outsourced the valet service to a private company, and the daily fee of 78 USD is excessive. If you don't use the valet service, they won't let you into the hotel's car park either; they tell you to go to the public car park by the beach, which is unacceptable."
