"The building itself is a typical La Quinta hotel design. Rooms had microwaves and fridges as well as Roku TV which allowed you to use your own streaming services. The pool area was well equipped with towels. Hot tub was hot. Pool was clean. Breakfast was very simple. If you are gluten free, you will have limited options as most options are carbs. There were hardboiled eggs, yogurt and cheerios for your gluten free folks out there. For everyone else, pastries and pancakes which need warming. Coffee was good, though. Rooms are dated. Vinyl plank floors are sketchy. Caulking is coming off in areas. BUT...This was the best deal in town. To have a pool and a hot tub and a double room for four people all for about $100 a night, I don't know where else in summit county that can happen for you. We also visited Betchin Chicken. They were low on supplies Sunday night. What they did have was very good. Seemed understaffed. Slow service. Food though, was good. All in all, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in Dillon or Silverthorne CO, this is it, but set your expectations lower than the other options available. It won't be like the Best Western or Comfort Inn and Suites. This will be a step up from the Super 8 in town. "

"This facility is amazing. The room was so spacious, with a kitchen, dining and living room area separate from the bedroom. In the room we even had a fireplace for the extremely chilly weather. We also had a sliding glass door to step out onto our patio, with a view of the pool and snow capped mountains behind. We loved seeing the snow fall when we pulled back the curtain. It was a perfect pick for our Christmas trip to Breckenridge. "

"Loved the wooded property so close to Lake Dillon. Individual buildings with rooms gave the property a very unique camp vibe. Would love to stay in the summertime."

"The front staff were rarely there. I was first shown a room that didn't have the two beds that I'd reserved. Moving to the appropriate sized room, I popped back to the front desk to ask for toiletries, as there were none. The desk staff said the individual shampoos were still to be delivered, and no soap other than 1 bar was in the place. He handed me the only full, family-sized bar of soap. The coffee is central in the lobby. Anyone who desires creamer uses a spoon in a Costco-sized communal creamer container. Anyone with a sense of hygiene should think to stay elsewhere than in a hotel that runs out of the soap bars adequate for all rooms. The hotel shouldn't pass regulations if it requires all guests reach into the same creamer container as the unwashed hands of guests who weren't given out any soap."

"Great property, perfect location with great amenities. Right around the corner from Main St, ski lift is right out the door, jacuzzi and pool overlooking the mountains, pool table and game room for kids. While everyone else is driving, parking and bussing in you’re sleeping, eating breakfast and walking over to the ski lift. Couldn’t ask for a better property. "
