"The coffee machine in the lobby seemed to always be empty. The ice was just crushed and it too was always empty.
No kleenex in room. Needs more soft lighting in room such as lamps. Overhead lights were so bright. Faucet in bathtub was not wiped down. All water spots."

"The staff weren’t helpful at all, we asked if someone could pick up the trash in our room we had stacked it for them to take. No one ever came so we came back to a room that smelled like trash it was bad. We asked for a large trash bag so we could just throw it ourselves they gave us a tiny trash bag that did nothing for us"
