"Clean room "

"The stay was great, the only thing I preferred was 2 queen beds, they gave me 1 queen and 1 sofa bed which was OK but preferably I wanted 2 queens. anyway, 5 star for sure, maybe what they can do to improve service if to offer daily cleaning service rather than every other day."

"The hot tub and pool are always a hit during travel and we were able to catch some good days between storms. The room was clean and spacious, and the fresh air from the patio was a nice change from hotel air. The cable is always weird in San Diego because there are so many commercials and infomercials. "Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. Made us feel welcome and worked to accommodate our needs. A suggestion for the accessible room....please put a grab rail near the toilet or change out to a higher seat. Very hard for a disabled person to get off!!"

Wildly bad night, loud, kids running in halls, laundry going all night, extremely loud traffic, terrible beds and pillows!
