Hotel Murah di Woods Valley

"The stay was perfect just the pool area the service was not perfect"

"The hotel is outdated. The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s very good situated for the i15 freeway. The reason I gave it that star rating was because there is bad odour in the hotel. Other than the smell i was reasonably happy with my one night stay."

"We will definitely be back"

"Excelente estancia"

"Room smelt like mold, phone was broken, communication through text was the only option to communicate your needs to the staff. Phone service is terrible if you have lower level floors. Everything is far from the resort, so if you want to go get food instead of eating the resort, it’s gonna be a 20 minute plus travel. But I believe the most review is for their “presentation” that they have is when it comes to their time share . I was told that the presentation would only be an hour long. Mind...

"Room cleanliness was questionable, overall the ac was working on the day summer day to keep us cool . Breakfast was fine but didn’t have much options . Only pancakes and cereals ."

"Room size was good, the bathroom was nice and clean and the AC was great. The only minor complaint would be the pool was closed and the temperatures were over 100 degrees while we're there so not much to do but stay inside the room."

"I like the fact that they have a swimming pool for the kids, my Grand daughter had a good time and didn't want to get out of the pool."

"We’ve traveled several times to this area and this is by far our favorite hotel. We loved how clean the hotel is, how friendly the staff is, and the breakfast was amazing. We can’t say enough how friendly the staff are. From the check-in staff to the kitchen staff everyone was so nice and helpful! For breakfast on top of the continental items that you typically find, they also have an omelette station where you can order an omelette to your liking. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained....

"When we arrived they were fumigating our room and the room had a bad smell .had to switch rooms . Floors were also dirty. Fridge barely worked and door frame and lock looked like it had poor maintenance and wasn’t secure. Room looked nice just needs better maintenance."

"My stay was for two days. The room for the first day was adequate but I needed amenities. I asked the desk manager for a different room. She was very nice and accomodating to my needs."

"All the chairs in the lobby and the room are not clean and stained"
