Super clean room and hotel overall. Close to a lot of different fast food and sit down restaurants. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The hotel and the room were very clean and large enough for three of us. Also, the location is very convenient. There was a regular-sized refrigerator and a cooktop. We really enjoyed our stay!

Brand new! So everything was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly! No hot water in my room so I was moved right away. (Ongoing issue, per other reviews). Highly recommend for the price!

The hotel is fairly new,very well kept and clean,but I was not satisfied with the lack of comfortable bed.(the bed was very noisy that no matter if you sat of laid down on it ,the head or the leg made noise) There is no coffee maker or access to hot-water in the rooms (no tea or coffee)

La habitación súper limpia, todo era nuevo, q tengas tu cocina es perfecto, el personal muy amable, la cama si mejoraría su colchón pero las sábanas y las almohadas perfectas, la ubicación si está un poco lejos pero tienes restaurantes y centros comerciales muy cerca, lo único q te tienes q limpiar tu habitación eso si lo mejoraría, llevas las toallas y las sábanas a la recepción y te dan otras limpias. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the check‑in process was extremely slow...the computer system lagged so much that it took about 20 minutes just to get our room. The property itself was clean, and the room looked updated, but the overall feel was a bit like a modernized prison cell. The blankets and sheets were very thin, so if you tend to run cold, definitely bring your own blanket. The blinds on the windows don’t block the morning sun at all, so the room gets very bright very early. The walls are also very thin, and you can hear everything happening around you. The bed was very hard, and there were no amenities in the room, which made the stay feel even more uncomfortable. While the staff were kind, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the overall lack of comfort and noise issues

The property was nice to stay at because it was brand new so it was super clean and close to a lot of things. The location is really good and was perfect for what my family and I were in NJ to do. However, after the first day the outlets in our room stopped working and the hot water also stopped, came back then stopped again. We spoke to the front desks a few times and they kept saying they would check but that only happened the day before we left so it didn’t really matter anymore because we didn’t have the outlets when we needed them the most. Even after they said they fixed them we tried to use them but they still weren’t working. On the brighter side I was able to get a discount for the inconvenience so thank you for that, we really appreciate it. I would suggest in the future to make sure these little things are good to go before you have customers stay.

We stayed for two nights. Upon arrival, the front door was locked. There was a women in the lobby who was skeptical to let me in, but did after a few moments. She stated she was waiting for the desk person to return so she could get a blanket. We waited almost 15 minutes before he returned. Once he started checking us in, he was very polite and helpful. The hotel is brand new, and still smelled like paint. Our only complaint was our room. We were put in a handicapped room. Everything was lower than average for people in wheel chairs. The shower wasn't great, zero water pressure and non consistent water temps. It almost felt like we were in a hospital room rather than a hotel room. Would we stay here again, yes. But not in a handicap room!

FREEZING COLD SHOWERS AND LYING MANAGERS!! We stayed at the Woodspring Suites that just opened up right next to Menlo Mall, right behind Pancake house and quite honestly the stay was awful. Other than the location, and apparent cleanliness of the rooms there was nothing else to compliment about the place. The water temperature would originally not get above maybe a lukewarm, we were subsequently switched into room another room (a supposed upgrade), and immediately notice two dirty pillows with markings on them, and the shower, FREEZING, not a second did it get warm. Mind you this is a hotel that quotes $140 a night. Then when we subsequently notified the front desk, all they could do was offer me another night at a $30 discount. Ridiculous, why would I want to stay another night at a hotel where I can’t have hot water, dirty pillows, and on-top of that have to pay. I never write reviews but I’ve stayed at hotels from the worst of the worst to the best of the best, and this one stuck to to me as poor quality, and even poorer customer service, with no empathy for their customers. I must specifically mention the General Manager whose name I didn’t get (an older caucasian female) and assistant manager Salvatore told my expedia that they offered me a complimentary night and I declined it. WHICH IS A LIE. Subsequently causing me to receive no compensation from anyone. I have contacted choice hotels to notify them about their management team, but this was just unacceptable.

I gave ok because when we booked the suite, we saw the suites has sofa in the picture but they don’t have it. I believe they are just grand opening but the room missing a lot like no paper towels, napkin , hand soap, coffee maker, kitchen plates, forks etc and no hairdryer until I called the front desk to request. Everything is new and clean.
