When I mentioned it to the front desk, they informed me that the room staff had went home for the night. I also retold front desk the next day, demanded the room to be clean when I did speak to a staff member the next day, they instructed that I should have been able to change rooms however still nothing done for my inconvenience. "The first assigned room smelled terrible and had a stain on the bedding. The room we stayed in was only slightly better. The bathroom was disgusting-toilet wobbled and not secure, used bandaid behind the door, desk chair was filthy and old. Breakfast was limited to sugar cereal and waffles. I will NEVER stay here again."

"Easiest 2 words I can utter -- Just Don't. Really ... this place was a long shot by a traveler from SW Missouri. But I rolled the dice and I came up craps. So many things to list. I paid for a room with 2 beds, I got charged for that but ended up with only 1 bed. That charge is now being disputed by my credit card now. The AC worked fine, the door lock was incredibly flimsy and rarely worked with the card to get in. The clientele was shady and seemed almost "drug house" vibes. I was packing heat...

"The room was very nice. It was spacious and very clean. The amenities available were also very convenient to have. The office staff and the cleaning staff were super friendly. The breakfast was adequate, it had waffles, fruits, pastries, coffee, juice, cereal and milk. A standard continental breakfast. The parking was also very plentiful and safe. For the price it was a diamond in the rough. I would highly recommend staying at this location. As a special note and perk there is a Quiktrip next...

"No front office staff, just ATM type check in. Trash everywhere outside. Person checking in before me, was given a room despite having no ID. Apparently the Hotel has a government contract that takes in homeless individuals. These are the types of things that should be mentioned on Expedia and other traveling websites."
