"The room was comfortable and clean. Like the availability of Dove toiletries in shower and sink area. Free breakfast was good. We signed up for Loyalty Program as required for late checkout. They did not honor the late checkout as my husband came back to our room and they were cleaning it at 11:30."

"The hotel was very outdated. The drains did not drain in the tub nor the sink. The wood was damaged and just painted over them. The bed was decent but it felt dirty. The sofa was worn and it was uncomfortable we did not stay our full booking. On top of it the hotel even refused to give us a refund even though we were not happy with the stay or accommodations."

"Location was good for shopping and near our event we were to attend. Breakfast was very good with a variety of breakfast foods. Our room was clean."

"Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms."

"The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. The shower and toilet were clean but the woodwork and tile again were dirty. Don’t get me wrong I had a great visit with my daughter and granddaughter...

"I stayed at this hotel for one day and had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. They provided plenty of fresh towels, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This particular hotel was not great or acceptable due to the fact that it wasn’t clean properly stuff was left from the previous stay and now they won’t do nothing for my bill so I have to contact Expedia and let them know what they could do for me about the nastiness that I saw while I was there"

"Not a good stay. The property is old and run down. My room was about 50 yards from the freeway on ramp, so every vehicle getting up to speed to enter the freeway sounded like it was coming through the room. Also, my room was right next to housekeeping and the ice machine. It was impossible to sleep due to noise from people using the ice machine and staff working in Housekeeping. The room wasn’t the cleanest. You could feel the dirt and grit on the linoleum floor. The condition of the room...

"Upon arrival we noticed a sign taped on the main door stating that the property can cancel reservations at their discretion. I was directed to a machine to check-in. While checking in the agent on the screen of the machine proceeded to tell me that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia. I never received any notification from the site.
