"Very disappointing experience, especially for the price
I used to love staying at this hotel. It was always a pleasure to come back, with a fantastic reception team, complimentary minibar and the overall experience you would expect from a five-star hotel.
Unfortunately, my stay this year was a huge disappointment.
The rooms have been renovated, but nothing particularly impressive. Meanwhile, there is no bar, nowhere to enjoy a meal, and renovation work is happening everywhere, with workers...

We were a little disappointed with the room and the condition they were in. Clearly the building has been renovated but painting over corrosion, seeing rust and mould in the bathroom didn't live up to the $800 a night we paid."
