Bathroom shabby grouting will worn. Requested early morning call which is very important as had to be at the airport at 4-30am never got a call. Mentioned it on check out and he said they tried 5 times so they were sending engineer to check tel lines surely a knock on the door was needed???

We didn't go our plans had to change . I contacted the hotel explaining the situation and that as I was fully aware that I wouldn't be able to claim my payment back .I asked as we were regular guests there when we go on holiday if we could change the dates. We did not even get a reply to our request ...

Great location, nice and quiet, helpful staff and spotlessly clean room. The corridor could have been a little better cleaned, but I would 100% book again.
