"The beds are very comfortable and the food at Hours is delicious. The rooms generally face inwards to the garden so you don’t hear the chaos from city center. We had a difficult check-in and didn’t find the front-desk staff helpful or caring, even though we had booked a suite for 5 nights. We were placed to wait in the garden while our room was being prepared and given menus to have something to eat or drink while we waited. No one attended to us for the hour we waited and when we finally went...
