Staff polite and efficient. The room clean and tidy. Breakfast was as advertised. Lovely decorative pieces throughout communal areas and stairwells. Only let down points were tv aerial was broken so couldn’t watch anything and the shower leaked during use- but was lovely pressure and nice hot water.

Great stay at the Chatsworth Hotel , we always enjoy coming to Worthing and staying at this hotel. The staff are always pleasant and friendly, over the years we have been staying at this hotel we have made friends with them ,such as Olivia and Jason. We look forward to are next stay.

Room was clean and tidy, our room overlooked the sea which was amazing, no restaurant which was disappointing, no sure about breakfast as we left early 06:00, the TV in the the was poor to small, had to park at a multi-storey car park as there wasn’t any parking, but it was only down the road and reasonable priced.

The interiors were old and tired but clean and worked perfectly well - especially the shower which was excellent. The staff was very friendly and the location good. Breakfast was very poor - a selection of long life, cellophane wrapped croissants, some withered apples, bananas and oranges or a yogurt (+wooden spoon). Would stay again but plan to go out for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, extremely professional, helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely loved our room with the sea view. The hotel does need a little TLC and the breakfast was underwhelming but we will definitely be visiting again as overall we loved the hotel.

A hotel of former splendour. Worn down, thin walls, incomprehensible shower system with one hot temperature in shower only, and completely given up on having a half decent breakfast kitchen. I've had better breakfast in Italy, which says a lot. I shan't go into detail, but simply recommend one of the breakfast cafees nearby instead. Staff was helpful, though, and the location was great. But next time in Worthing, we'll look for alternatives.

Room was fairly clean and serviced (when requested, e.g. top up of teas/coffees/milk/ biscuits). Staff courteous and helpful when asked questions. Breakfast was very basic, but ok. Parking nearby restricted and CV could be difficult.

Looks lovely from outside, but displays signs of ageing. Decor needs refreshing and fixtures (especially bathroom need upgrading, e.g. plumbing). Room was quite airless, even with the window open. Free continental breakfast was accurately priced! Best aspect was its location; near the seafront and only a short walk from bars and restaurants.
