I booked thru Expedia and then was charged again by Hotel. So double billed. When I called to get corrected hotel clerk told me to call Expedia. She did not want to spend the time to correct their error. Her words. Terrible customer service. Wants me to correct her error.

Reservation for 1 queen room, arrived and told only 2 bed room available BUT we could only use 1 bed or there would be an up-charge....guest parking had 2 vehicles in it. When verbalized concerns about hotel ammenities, was offered a refund, next unexpected move by manager was to cancel our reservation (after we had already che ked in) and tell us we have to leave the property. Booked thru Expedia who rightfully charged room to us but hotel also charged which was denied by management untill c/c pending billing was presented. NEVER THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! Still have a $1 charge to my c/c by this hotel that they claim they did not do. I have proof of this charge on my c/c card. Watching it closely...

I booked a room but it was for the wrong date. When I got to the hotel they claimed they were booked full and put me in their most expensive room, yet in truth they were only Half full at most!! Total Lie to upsell a room!! Plus, their Pool was EMPTY and they now use that area for storage and their ice machines were broken. Terrible management. Don't stay here!!!

Some sort of seance going on in the lobby. Candles lined up on the front desk. Weird and uncomfortable atmosphere.

As we drove up to the building, window AC units falling out of their windows, siding falling off building, pallets of old appliances next to front of office and in front of the separate building. We asked to see our room and he escorted us to that separate building, to view our room. The hall way had a negative odor, huge holes in the hallway carpet and to top it off, the room wasn’t clean, clutter everywhere and half painted walls. We refused to stay and left. This facility should not be included in the Expedia experience!

The property was was dirty. The room floor, old chair it had a smell of old,lamp are dirty . The pool omg was empt full with old furniture. I asked for clean towels never got. I went to check out and i was told just leave the key in the counter by an old man. My room was not even ready when check time was at 3 pm we arrived at 3:30pm and was not ready. Then the room they gave us didnt lock from outside only from inside. Then we had to wait again to change room.and in top of that they couldn't charge the card that was given by expedia. I had to spend time on the phone trying to fix the issue that wasn't my issue. We stay there because we had no other choice and it was late to find another hotel with a baby.

Do not stay at this absurd place

The door to the hotel didn't close or lock. There was one car in the parking lot and it appeared to be broken down. The pool was drained and there was a bunch of broken furniture surrounding it. There was a weird broken massage chair outside the front door. It was the most unsavory place I have ever had the displeasure of laying my eyes on.

Flea-Bag Hotel. Disgusting.

Flea-Bag hotel! Absolutely deplorable – hotel room was filthy, starting with the front door- completely grimy, dirty, and chipped up. Walls inside of the hotel room were dirty and scuffed up, dead flies on the bed, front office was filled with massive clutter and debris – eating area did not look sanitary. The lobby and rooms reeked of a horrific smell. The pool was completely shut down and they had not informed guest that it was closed… Absolutely deplorable accommodations and should not even be on the Hotels.com website! Do not go to this hotel it was absolutely disgusting

Horrible bed. Very dated decor. Dirty sink. Ground-floor windows did not lock or could not be locked. Severe mold in bath/shower. No drain cover. Strong chemical smell in lobby. No one available to get receipt at checkout. Pretty much a dump.

Do not bother, not even for the cheap rate

The cost was what made us choose this location. Apparently, we got what we paid for. The staff was not friendly, just shy of rude. Garbage and broken boxes and furniture linen the office/breakfast area, vending was broken, locks on exterior doors weren’t just out of order they were trashed/demolished. There was dried soda(?) down the front of the safe cabinet. The bed was clean and free from bed bugs, believe me, I checked multiple times but the sheets were stained and whoever made the bed did a haphazard job. We would have gone somewhere else but we got there late and just needed a shower and a place to sleep. Definitely wouldn’t eat in the office area based on cleanliness alone. Also, pool that was advertised was completely out of order and locked up tight. Looked like it was used as a storage unit.

Slightly better than a dump!

Overall, this property is in need of a thorough cleaning, repairs, and updating. The pool area is used for storage. A partially stocked vending machine and soda machine are your options. Ice maker wasn’t working. My room had not been cleaned.

This is not a hotel—it’s a complete dump! When we checked in, the trash cans were full of used soap, bottles, and other garbage. One trash can was even placed on the table, the other on the nightstand. The bed was wrinkled and clearly hadn’t been changed since the last guests. The microwave didn’t work, all the furniture was broken, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel was built. When we complained about the cleanliness, the hotel claimed the room was clean. It’s really sad that the hotel’s standards of cleanliness are fit for animals, not people. Never stay in this dump!

We showed up dropped our bags off didn’t really get a good look of the room then left for a few hrs then came back turned the lights on we seen 5 to 10 bugs crawling over the ceiling and walls the walls had stains all over them every single sheet had stains they were covered in somebodies hair the walls had holes in them even the lamp shade had stains and it was just set on the light bulb it fell when I turned it on the chair looked like Edward scissor hands had its way with it food still left in the Microwave ticks or bed bugs bouncing around we asked for clean sheets the boss lady said no we asked for a refund she said no and ran into her back office and slammed her door
Dirty sheets I threw on the floor
I opened the microwave and it was wrapped in paper towels I took it out to throw away and it fell
