There’s a great bus (number 40) from Stroud - please note it does not run on Sundays.
Though Wickwar may not have many top sights, you can venture to the surrounding area to see attractions like Chipping Sodbury Golf Club and Delta Force Paintball North Bristol.
Cromhall might not have many top sights, but Thornbury Castle and Berkeley Castle are two attractions nearby that you can check out.

Breakfast was ok, check-in was a shambles, had trouble getting my receipt when checking out also.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Apex hotel in Bath. From the moment we checked in until we left the staff were amazingly attentive and friendly. The bed sheets and room smelled damp and musty. The room appeared clean but didn’t smell fresh.
