"No plug in the sink. Fridge seals need cleaning, better still replacing. Fire alarm needs to be secured to the ceiling. No hand towel. General clean wouldn't hurt. "

"We had a lovely comfortable overnight stay. The big bed was comfy with doona and extra pillows and blanket in the cupboard. It got a little stuffy overnight but the aircon fixed that. and the bathroom was great. Brand new and clean. Everything worked well! I'd stay here again :)"

"Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day. "DANGEROUS HEALTH HAZARD: Parasite Risk, Filth, unpleasant. Stayed 3 times for work, but never again. This hotel is a severe health and safety nightmare.
