Cari Serviced Apartment di Wuppertal

"We had to wait in line around 30 mins to check in. It was during a popular group’s concert, but this was a residency and they’d had multiple (5) shows prior. The hotel should’ve probably figured out how to manage the check-in rush by that point. The room we reserved and paid for nearly a year ago had a kitchenette, but the room we got didn’t have one. When we asked for another room, we were told that there weren’t any available. When we questioned them as to what they planned to do to make it...

"Staff was very friendly. Location was ok. But the worst part and reason for poor review is the room had bed bugs. We checked in late at night and we didn't discover the bugs until after midnight. Reception was already closed and I sent a message but nobody responded. We had to sleep in the floor away from the beds and walls. We had to wait till 9am when Reception opened to talk to someone. The gentleman that help me was very helpful and was able to move us to a new room. Management never...

"Bisschen umständlicher Check in"

"I was upgraded to the penthouse, a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with full kitchen. This was located in walking distance to the tourist spots, restaurants, shopping, and close enough to the airport. I only wish I was there to stay for more than one night. Othman was helpful, nice, and walked me through all the things I needed to know about the apartment and even was able to help with recommendations around the city."

"It is close to everything. The only downside is the parking. Hard to find parking"
