"Late check in was handy, I arrived about 11pm as was the bar staying open until 2 am!! Air con was v.noisy so was left with choice of being boiling (with AC off), not being able to sleep because of noise, or opening the windows and listening to M5. I choose the second option."

Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. "King size bed which was a double Air con didn’t work Water pressure was awful and kept going from hot to cold Staff seemed to care but this was quickly shattered when I saw them joking about a customer after speaking to them. The breakfast was ok without any hot vegan options. Room service trays were left unattended outside rooms. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. "We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful.
