"Haben in Zimmer 18 unter dem Dach übernachtet. Es führt eine Steile Treppe nach oben, einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Die Nacht war ruhig, die Zimmer sind jedoch hellhörig. Für den Preis war die Ausstattung des Zimmers eher unterdurchschnittlich. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, kein Wasser und keine Aufmerksamkeiten."

"Wij hadden een kamer op de 3e verdieping en toen mijn dochter wilde douchen, was er geen waterdruk. Erg jammer, want het was die dag benauwd warm. De receptionist kwam kijken; hij was echt oplossingsgericht en kwam uiteindelijk met een voor ons hele coulante oplossing. Wij hebben overigens heel lekker geslapen; de kamer is prima en schoon. Locatie is ook super; vlak bij de St Servaasbrug."

"Wonderful place to stay while getting oriented to the city. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and our family of four felt comfortable and at home. Location is perfect—train station and restaurants right nearby; easy walk to city center—and the hostel itself has plenty of pleasant spaces to land
Definitely a lot of stairs (on the steep/short tread depth side), which caught us off-guard with heavy luggage, but we managed and it was definitely worth it. Accessibility issues could be challenging...
