It rained and our carpet by the doors were soaked. The drawers on the Tv stand were broken and falling out. No way to use, glad we didn’t after the massive cockroach. Doors wouldn’t even stay shut unless you had the door locks up. Which were also broke. For a $400+ room I could have stayed somewhere cheaper and had a lot...

"The facility was under construction however for the most part it was fine. The check in was exceptional and the room was nice. The handle on the bathroom door was not secured so when you tried to open it the knob came off in your hand. "

"I had no time to use the pool; in any case, the pool is really tiny, no room to swim. The biggest problem was that the shower had no hot water. Something must have been broken there because the faucet did have hot water. Also the water pressure in the shower was so strong that it splashed water everywhere, in the few minutes during which I attempted to get it to produce hot water for me. I ended up mopping the floor to make the bathroom usable at least as a toilet. "
