"This was definitely a labor of love from the owners. Everything was so special and personal. Our room was spacious with two balconies! The staff weee friendly and helpful. The Archeological Park of Butrint entrance is just a few steps away making it the perfect place to stay when exploring the ruins."

"Honestly, this is a great place to stay not too far from where all the fun stuff is in Ksamil. There's beaches nearby, and the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the more famous beach clubs (expect some walking in the heat if you don't have a car). The staff are truly amazing, helpful, and genuinely kind people. They are super helpful, very communicative, and the cleaning crew are so good as well (considering how dirty rooms get near beach towns from the sand and the water). Thanks for having me."

"Ein super tolles Hotel! Lage top, da es ruhig gelegen ist (bisschen Bergauf),jedoch nur paar Minuten vom Zentrum mit viele Restaurant usw. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt.Wir hatten eine super tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch das Frühstück war für uns top, eine gute Auswahl, so dass für jeden was dabei ist und vor allem immer genügen verschiedenes Obst. Wir würden wieder kommen! Kleine Optimierung wäre ein Duschraum oder...

The pool was excellent and one of the highlights of our trip—our kids absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was very clean and comfortable with sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and lake Ksamil. I feel the room could have been in slightly better condition as some small things were broken or close to the end of their life such as the toilet brush and bin. I would have appreciated some small additions such as a chair...

"Rien a redire. Hôtel tout neuf. Très bien placé au calme de la ville mais à 5min à pied des plages et resto. Le personnel est super gentil. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien. Literie de qualité. Je pense que l’on a eu les prix spéciaux ouverture et je suis hyper content de mon séjour."

"À notre arrivée pas de présentation de l’établissement quand nous avons réservé il était indiqué petit déjeuné continental or il n’y avait strictement rien du tout obligé de commander avec attentes interminables et surtout pas de chocolat chaud ou jus d’orange jus de pomme je déconseille cet hotel il y a beaucoup mieux sur ksamil ….. décevant "
