"Really great place to stay. Staff was great, hotel was cleaner than clean. Continental breakfast was awesome! Only downfall was the pillows weren’t great. But still giving a 5 star review. I would stay here again. "

"I absolutly loved my stay here. Everyone was so nice, from management to housekeeping, they were all super accommodating and kind. The room was really comfy and the perfect size, it was stocked with everything I needed like pots,pans, can opener, etc. The breakfast was yummy with all sorts of choices and a cool pancake machine. "I like how secure the property is. The location is the perfect walking distance to everything one likes to experience at old Scottsdale. It is a five minute walk to Fashion Square! The apartment is modern and the bed is very comfortable with high quality linens. We will definitely revisit."
"The hotel is very nice and at the perfect location if you plan on going shopping at the Fashion Square Mall. It's literally directly across the street from the Macy's entrance. My husband stayed at the hotel with our two younger kids and hung out at the pool while I went shopping with our oldest daughter. We were not able to try the restaurant, unfortunately, but it looks great!"

"Location was great, lots to do and the hotel is clean and well equipped with what you’d need otherwise you’ll find things all around. All the staff were fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Alyssa, when my AC went out she sprung into action fast and made sure I was made comfortable. It’s wonderful that Hyatt hires people they trust and you’re not waiting on some chain to decide if I can have AC or not. Super happy with my experience and will be back! "
