"If you're planning a family holiday to Lanzarote, this is a must stay hotel. Massive family suite (with a PlayStation 4 in kids room!), clean rooms and property, a variety of restaurants to choose from, gym, play room, etc. there's a ton of things to keep family and kids busy. We stayed for 4 nights. There are more than 5-6 pools to choose from (adults, kids and infants ). Hotel staff is very polite and friendly.

"Property was as described online. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort is small and quiet which suited us as we hire a car and venture out if we want to see more of the island. We did receive a room upgrade as suggested on the booking which was excellent. Views from most rooms are stunning, and our room was well appointed and comfortable.
