Everything was the worst that we ever experienced in our holiday! My children and I went to the hotel, after my children did not want to book there for new year, however I thought it was nice since my children did my birthday there. We paid the hotel already. Upon arrival the woman at reception gave us our bracelets for all inclusive and the room slip and for our dinners. There was a different woman came from the back office and said she is the manager and asked us how we would like to pay. We said we had already paid and the woman who gave the bracelets told us the payment was received and that why she gave us the bracelets, she said no although we showed her the receipt of the payment.We were waiting and waiting we missed our dinners and then we went to reception and asked to speak the manager, we were told she is busy in the party, cut a story short, we said if she is not available, we were told to call the police and explained the fraud and suddenly the manager appeared and said you could enjoy or if the police would come we would have to leave. We went for the first option since it was quite close to new year, we made the most of it, the following day it was a similar scenario until the following day when we left, the manager apologised to say the payment was received. It seemed to be very disorganised and not knowing what is going on. Stay away from this hotel and expedia!!!
