"I was a little worried when I first booked this hotel as it was under $100 a night. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the room. It looked newly remodeled and the property was quiet and clean. I will stay here next time I am in Yakima"

"Front desk understaffed at time of check in 8 people in line and only 1 person working! Sounded like elephants in the room above us! Little to no plastic ware, cups for coffee, napkins or even food at 8:30 breakfast No one was on staff Yes it is on the river but also the freeway is right there ..."
