"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level.
