"I loved this hotel. It has a shuttle from the Kawaguchicko Station. It was so convenient the restaurants and not far from the lake. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious!"

"Beautiful traditional guest house. We booked the ‘two bedroom suite’ as a couple traveling with a friend. Since the two rooms are Japanese style rooms, they are connected by sliding paper doors and have open wooden slats above so there is very little privacy between the two rooms. We slept on tatami mats which can be on the hard side if you’re used to western style beds. For other amenities, there was space for us to park on site, a washer and dryer (this was the only dryer we found our trip to Japan), and nice shared showers and washrooms. The kitchen was decently well equipped too. The host was lovely and easy to communicate with ahead of and during our stay."

"Spacious and clean room facing Mt Fuji. Breakfast without any change of menu, as we were there for 3n so all 3 breakfast menus are the same. Front staff is friendly however timing and direction given was not all accurate."

"Breakfast was delicious!!! Staff made phone calls to make pick up / bus arrangements Views from the onsen or public spa (sauna or natural pools) are insane, loved the experience. It is far away from the city part but there is shuttle to pick you up from MT Fuji bus stop to the hotel (just need a phone call) Taxis are rip off there, be mindful"

"Wir haben zu viert in der Poe-Unterkunft übernachtet. Es ist ein super Campingplatz mit allem, was man braucht. Wir hatten eine eigene Dusche und Toilette, die sehr sauber waren. Das Zelt war dank der Klimaanlage auch im April angenehm warm. Besonders beeindruckend war der atemberaubende Blick auf den Mount Fuji sowie das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Team – der Service war perfekt. Der Kaffee mit dem wundervollen Blick auf den Mount Fuji war eines der besten Erlebnisse. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"SMOKING ROOM ASSIGNED IN THIS DAY AND AGE???? Small letters "smoking room" past my reading but WHO IN THE WORLD SELLS SMOKING ROOMS ????? FRONT DESK showed no emotions , empathy. Pathetic behaviour , not like most of Japanese people."
