"2泊3日、7人でとても楽しく過ごすことができました。迷惑メールにチェックインのメールが届いてしまっていて、さらに消えてしまって暗証番号が見られなくなってしまい、管理人に電話させてもらいました。その時の対応もとても優しく、無事に中に入ることができました。ログハウスに行くまでの道がとても狭く、野生の鹿もいて、こんなところに本当にログハウスがあるのか？？と心配になりましたが、ちゃんとありました！キッチン用品がもっとピカピカならさらにいいのになぁと思いました。そのため、清潔さは星3です。割り箸や紙皿を使いました。 BBQも最高に楽しかったです。屋根がちゃんとあって雨でも問題なくできました。大きなスクリーンでSwitchをするのは初めてで、とても盛り上がりました。とにかく楽しかったので、また行きたいし、おすすめです。"

"Over my whole trip across Japan in the two week time. This hotel was by far the best overall. They covered all the bases as far as having a good breakfast with lots of variety. The room was clean and comfortable and provided everything I required. It met and exceeded my expectations pretty much across the board, and the staff were very helpful plate and kind. Checking in and checking out was easy as well as keeping back safe before check-in or after checkout. They take your bags into a secure area and issue you a number to return to retrieve your bags. I would highly recommend to other travellers looking to explore the area and call this home base. It is also extremely convenient that this hotel is directly across the road from Fuji station (for your train and bus needs)"

"We loved staying here! Our favorite hotel of our entire trip and we were only there one night! The view of mt Fuji was amazing from the front of the hotel!!! The staff were so helpful too. We were confused by how to access the closest train station, and one of the staff walked all the way outside to show us exactly where to go. He was so so sweet! Also, our room was nice and spacious. Which I feel like is hard to find in Japan! The room was very clean! We were able to get a massage at the spa as well and that was amazing!! The prices felt very reasonable (compared to america haha) The only thing that was hard is it felt kinda hard to find a taxi or uber from here. If you can figure out the route to the nearest train station/bus that will help a ton to get to all the fuji attractions! 10/10 would stay here again!!"
