"I arrived well before check in and was able to store my luggage and spend a couple of hours in the pool. I was content to then wait in the cafe until check-in time, but the staff kindly prepared my room so I could go in early. My only disappointment was the lack of vegan options on the menu, and, as so often happens, it was pretty much chips or nothing. Fortunately, the chips were excellent"

The tv is limited to foxtel which precludes streaming from platforms such as YouTube and ABC Iview and also does not allow mirror streaming.There is no music device which should be standard. I would also expect a coffee making device in a hotel of this quality. The staff and level of service is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel despite my minor quibbles as listed"

"we stayed at 26th floor and the view is wonderfull. we were there during winter and strong wind. The was a cracking noise nonstop on the ceiling during strong wind. besides that everything is perfect"

"The room was spacious and open. The bathroom was clean but a little small, compared to the size of the room. There was an underlying odour which I couldn’t place. The room was chilly and I couldn’t adjust the air con. The bed and pillows were not overly comfortable. I was glad I was only there for 1 night. The location was central and close to the theatre. The breakfast was ok. I was disappointed with the limit of fruit for breakfast."
