"Overall, our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were phenomenal. The room was a bit dated and the desk was super scuffed up. It wasn't dirty per se, but definitely could have been a bit nicer."

"The toilet in our room didn’t work and we had to change rooms the following day. The second room the air con didn’t work and the bathroom door handle was as if someone had tried to pull it off and the bathroom could do with some care."

"We got there in the afternoon of May 27 with 90deg F. The room was hot. AC was not working. At the reception, staff said they are working on it to fix it. It never got fixed. They were out of portable fans as every room had the same issue. There is no wifi in our room. I think some other rooms closer ..."
